As a gay man in my 40s, I’ve learned a thing or two about finding joy and fulfillment. It’s not always easy, especially given the various challenges and obstacles that can come with being part of the LGBTQ+ community. But despite these challenges, I’ve found that it is possible to find joy and fulfillment, and I’d like to share some of the things that have worked for me.
